two sessions will focus on sculpting and defining your body with

Choose our Total Fitness Plan to
accelerate your results. This 6 week program combines
customized personal training, motivation, cardiovascular exercise
and proper nutrition to guarantee maximum results. You will
meet with your trainer bi-weekly for training sessions that are
custom made to deliver optimum results. Through the process,
your trainer will provide you with proper fitness and exercise
knowledge to help you reach and maintain your goals. An
exercise plan, proper food intake, and daily journal will assure
your success in reaching your fitness goals. Upon completion
of the Total Fitness Plan, you will achieve a total mind and body
transformation. The knowledge you will receive will give you
the skills to live a healthier life.
