20/20/20 - A mix of anything on the schedule in 20 min section
- ABC
(Aerobic Bench Combo) - A high intensity workout alternating
between step and hi/low
- Above
the Belt - Class offering strengthening and toning for the upper
body including abdominals using weights, tubes

Absolute Abs - Variety of abdominal and core work
- Basic
Training - A no-nonsense approach to cardio training – drill,
jumps, and more
- Below
the Belt - Class offering strengthening and toning for lower body
utilizing free weight, tubes and bands
- Body
Blaster - NOT A CARDIO CLASS– a complete workout using weights,
bands, tubes, and more
- Butts
n’ Guts - All levels, emphasis on lower body and abs

Cardio & Yoga - 30 minutes of various cardio combinations followed
with 30 minutes of yoga

Cardio Challenge - 45 min cardio, step, hi/lo and or boxing moves,
followed by toning

Cardio Challenge Interval - Class defined above interspersed with
strength segments

Cardio Dance - Perfect for all levels, cardio workout on the floor
with many intensities

Cardio Sculpt - 60 min class featuring step aerobics and weight
training

Circuit Interval - Class using a variety of stations or drills to
challenge cardiovascular while incorporating strength segments

Training - Core strength using pilates and yoga concepts along
with stability balls

Extreme Training - Most complete workout – cardio, strength,
toning, abs, and stretching 75 min

HI/LOW - Combines both high and low impact choreography- those who
love variety and high intensity will love this format
- House
Blend - 20 minutes of step plus twenty minutes of hi/lo followed
by toning

Instructor’s Choice - This class will vary from week to week in
format and instructor. Monthly schedule will be posted in the club

K.I.S.S (Keep It Simple Step) - 25-30 minutes of basic step
followed by toning

Kickboxing - Full body workout-combination of upper and lower body
- Mixin’
It Up - 45 minutes of cardio exercise that will use any or all of
the following formats: step, hi-lo, drills, and kickboxing

Pilates - Great workout for all levels-strength moves using body
weight as resistance
- Sport
Conditioning - Drills, conditioning and power moves in a circuit
format-easy to follow
- Step
- High intensity, low impact workout by stepping up and down on an
adjustable platform
- Step
Circuit - 60 min class featuring step aerobics and weight training
- Step
Interval - Simple step patterns combined with the use of free
weights and tubes
- Step
n’ Blast - 30 minutes step aerobics followed by 30 minutes of
sculpting with weights
- Step
n’ Core - 30 minutes of step, 30 minutes of core work (ab work)
and stretching

Therapy Dance - Delightful flow of dances to release tension-lots
of fun for everyone
- Yoga
- Body strengthening, stretching & breathwork thru Hatha Yoga
postures, including styles from Iyengar, Ashganga,& Kungalini
- Yoga
Fusion - Full body workout utilizing traditional yoga and Pilates
fundamentals, will improve strength, flexibility, balance and
breathing
